Integration with Visual Studio testing IDE #143

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Google Test
2. Notice that you can't use the Test Results/Test View or other windows.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That I can use the testing windows just like I'm using MsTest.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Visual Studio 2008, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
There should be a way that this can be integrated with VS. It has been done 
before with other tools.

Thanks for the suggestion.  We don't have VS 2008.  If you develop a solution, 
we'll
be glad to incorporate it to Google Test.  Would you like to do it?
