`Run (in new process)` does not work #224

Vscode says command 'flix.runMainNewTerminal' not found

Flix: Nightly, vscode: 0.81.0

This feature has been removed. (It will disappear in next Flix version).

Alright, but if the repl is closed, then the run button does nothing, maybe there should be something (automatically or otherwise) that starts a new repl?
