Problem: Visual Studio EV3Dev Device Browser not connecting via USB cable because of corrupt device driver
Solution: delete driver, plug USB cable in another USB slot, Windows re-installs clean driver

Other Devices
Remote NDIS Compatible Device
click Remove Device
option 2:
Device Manager
Network Adapter
Remote NDIS Compatible Device
right-click and uninstall
