Radius turn program motor locked on even after program done #5

working on radiusTurnTests.py and motor locked on even after program completed... had to restart brick to stop it.

Could have written short program to stop motor() without waiting for restart delay. May need something like this for competition - i.e. a turn off all motors and sensors button.
