Update base image to debian bookworm #219

Running fine on an arm64 VPS.

Thank you for the PR! I'll manually verify asap as it turns out there's no CI check for the docker build. Maybe I'll fix that while I'm on it.

Checked this on AMD64. Works as expected :+1:
