Moritzbarv patch 2 #37

Added:

  1. Showing the current video playing and removing it from the queue (Problem: doesnt update yet for when next video starts)
  2. You can only vote on a video once (Problem: Once the order of the queue changes you can vote on the same video again)
  3. No Duplicates Songs and Ideas for Spotify player (didnt test it yet)
