single event view: tournament organization feature

Four tournaments, a separate view should be available. This could be implemented simply as an events view with more options for confirmed participants

• visible only participants/members?
• use lists and tables
• Abrechnung
• Turnierbericht
• Fotos
• choose participants (also important for DMs) --> Participation receives a new field: In Roster
• randomize
• send message
