Hey, I'm trying to get back into it again a little. So I started with merging this into master. @hf-kklein could you do a quick review? This is mainly formatting and sorting. Plus,

I have added a maintenance_mode feature capability.
and reorganized the navbar

I tested dev branch on the server and there are no issues, also no migrations to apply. So I think we can go forward with this.
