Track hidden variables #14

[x] Track also "hidden" variables (like protein level), and distinguish from observed variables. This helps to enrich the model output and separate it from the parameter calibration
[ ] review if this feature takes more work and write a new issue if necessary

This would also help the specification of Y_0.

If a numpy array is returned, the length of the array must match the number of variables returned. This is not useful for hidden variables. In general this method is much more fragile. Therefore a deprecation warning was added that encourages users to return a dictionary from the solver or the post_processing.
