Catch jax errors and give useful error messages

In the Evaluator, catch solver errors and give helpful error messages

• [ ] e.g. when an integer is used in an ODE, but float is expected
• [ ] diemsional errors.

Really try to produce malformed ode expressions and try to catch the behavior and provide useful error messages.
