Update dependencies / Fix .npmignore #19

I updated dependencies and devDependencies.
- should#include has been removed. Now should#containEql is available.
- sinon, rimraf, async and hashdir are unused on this repository.
I fixed .npmignore.
- .DS_Store and node_modules are ignored by default. See the npm developer guide, Keeping files out of your package.
