Is plumber still needed with gulp 4? #298

It's not quite clear if plumber is needed with gulp 4 or not. I couldn't find any info in docs, but examples in this repo still use it.

@klimashkin maybe yes, maybe no. There was a plan to integrate plumber functionality to gulp 4, but I don't know where to look it up in gulp repo.
