Update xo and fix linting warnings #327

Update dependency xo to version 0.24.0 (latest version as of May 28th, 2019) and fixed linting warnings that showed up after that.

Latest xo does not support Node < 6 and since gulp-watch supports Node 4 it's not going to work. Closing this PR.
