Typo in custom modifiers documentation #41

https://popper.js.org/docs/v2/modifiers/#custom-modifiers says:

Is it possible to add custom modifiers, written by you, by defining them in the options.modifiers array during a Popper instantation.

It shall start with “It is possible…”.

Better send a PR for such simple changes, it's unlikely we'll go over them.
