Fixed the PulseChain / FTM max fee issue
- The upper limits on individual gas fields have been removed
- Now specifying max gas value limit of ~$5k USD in PLS for PulseChain transactions
- Updated the max gas value limit for FTM to ~$5k USD in FTM
