Unable to send assets with hot signer

Issue

Been unable to get a "hot signer" account to be able to send any assets. Pressing the airplane icon in the upper right corner gives me an empty window that just says "waiting for account", with "Send" and "Connect Account" buttons that don't do anything when clicked.

Pertinent info

The hot wallets I'm attempting were imported using simple private keys, and have tried a couple of them with same issues
When interacting with dapps, signatures and transactions work just fine when prompted
Connecting a hardware wallet shows the appropriate window content when the Send airplane is used, including my assets and
Network connects all green and connected, balances loading appropriately

Check to make sure you didn't disable the permission for send.frame.eth for this account.

Hey, sorry for delay in response here, but send.frame.sh was disabled for that account... Enabling it fixed the above issue, thank you @floating!

Side suggestion for the UI/UX, a brief explainer of what send.frame.eth is needed for (I'm still not sure why that's required)... and consider disabling the "Send" button all together when that dapp is disabled.
