Address book feature #1686

I think it would be immensely helpful if there's an address book within Frame so that we can easily select past recipients when sending. I came up with few ideas around the Address book:

Customizable tags for addresses
Import/export functionality
Recent transaction contacts suggestions
Notes section for each contact
