Massive redesign that includes:

A readme.md for hacking directions
Data organization into subfolders
Fixes for local development
Removal of dead links
A complete new SVG icon set
A complete rebranding with logomark, fonts, colors, etc
CSS and JS linting
Layout with divs instead of tables and other HTML simplications
Preview image and theme color metadata
