Error during activation - Config OTP

Hi. When i configure the OTP config have this error. I have this error in windows instalacion and in docker. In the web show me "Can't get otp code".

I've the same issue but I follow the FAQ and i'm not solve the problem in order I reinstall tha app on my phone, register the user, reenter the user/password/otp in addon ... but I receive always the error. How can I solve it ?
