Currently code for detecting position of the menu considers primary screen as
where the taskbar is. If the middle screen is the default screen, then why is
the taskbar on the right monitor's screen? A bit confusing combination... It
seems more that the right one is the main screen?

From the screenshots it appears that you're using some sort of multiple desktop
management software. Is it changing the behavior of the desktops or taskbar in
some way?

yes i have desktop management but even i close that software the problem still
exist.
about the taskbar if you right clock on it and unlock it you will be able to
move it to any side of any screen that is window's feature.
the original one (on the [H]) was popping up on the right screen
