v4l2 support #20

would be great to have support for v4l2 devices, since that covers a wide range of (cheap) webcam devices (like the wide spreaded sn9c201 chipset)

v4l2 support is actually already there, in libs/simplecv/V4LImageSource.cc. If you compile from source, make sure that libv4l2 is installed and found by pkgconfig.
