Document browser compatibility #1

Test and document the browser compatibility in the README file.

Also, try if it can be combined with gatsby-plugin-polyfill-io or other pollyfills to get it running on at least IE 11 as well!

Successfully tested version 0.0.5 (which now contains a fetch polyfill for IE) with: IE 10 IE 11 Edge 44 Firefox 74 Chrome 80
