[BUG] Baron Powerplay not displaying correctly

Describe the bug Whenever someone in a game beats up Baron in a clean install of LB. The image of the baron shows but the timer and gold diff remains hidden. But when you disable the "Baron Powerplay" visibility in the control panel, it inverts, the image hides itself and the gold and timer info SHOW UP the LAST known info about the buff.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get in a game and wait until someone beats up baron.
2. Show and hide the powerplay to see the problem

Expected behavior Both image and info showing at the same time and now inverted.

Additional context Unknown if this also happens with Elder but it might.

Just disable the powerplay animation and the bug will come out, as soon as you run baron it will appear straight without animation
