Sensor Down: July 18, 2023 17:48 initially. Came back on July 18, 2023 from 18:50 to 18:59 then went back down

In Lab RCA: heltec is shorted, battery is shorted. This heltec was a used heltec found in lab. When heltec is plugged in, battery is shorted (Vdd & GND)
