Battery Charge Capacity started to trend downwards from August 8th

Maintenance Trip 08/31: Solar port was unplugged. Replugged the port in and replaced with a charged battery.

The battery drained again towards the end of September, had to go back on 11/09 to replace solar panel. Will RCA panel in lab. Observe battery trend, if battery drains again, will need to replace sensor/heltec
