Maintenance Trip 08/31: replaced battery with a new charged battery. Battery recovered from field was puffy, need to perform in lab RCA on it. Solar panel/port were working fine.

09/15: Battery was continuing to trend downwards despite a new battery being put into the sensor on 09/08 and the solar panel/port seemingly doing fine with multimeter. Ended up replacing entire sensor with another sensor because the heltecs were not soldered correctly and a simple heltec replacement could not be done in field. Will perform RCA in lab on retrieved sensor and need to monitor whether or not the battery in the new sensor charges now.

10/05: Have been seeing higher volume of no returns. Upon on site inspection revealed barricades placed underneath the sensor. Hoping that they are temporary placements.

Battery was not charging because of faulty heltec. Replacing the heltec has remedied the situation of the battery not charging in the field.
