Other problems:

• [ ] Windows VC runtime is throwing asserts in isalpha() when loading MOD files
• [ ] Windows browsers have audio artefacts in SoloudMOD sample (Win10, MS Edge, Chrome)
• [ ] add defines to modplug to select MOD loaders to reduce code size
• [ ] add define to remove any POSIX file functions from SoLoud and modplug
• [ ] WASAPI backend doesn't initialize on my Zenbook (Win10), only WinMM
• [x] XM files are silent on emscripten but play ok on OSX (test other platforms, may be alignment error? also check with SAFE_HEAP on emscripten)
• [ ] on Windows, the XAudio2 backend links against XAudio2_8.dll, but Windows7 only seems to have XAudio2_7.dd :/
