Add Solar Storm to the 'Examples and Related Projects' README section #1022

Solar Storm is a scifi artillery game I released on Steam. To my knowledge it's the first ever steam game using Sokol. Adding it to the README could be a good way to show other game developers sokol is good enough for commercial projects :)

Strange, I'm getting the Odin CI changes in this PR too. I'll just cherry-pick the README update manually instead.
