SG_PIXELFORMAT_DEPTH_STENCIL is now reported as renderable in sg_query_pixelformat()
depth-stencil textures are now created as DXGI_FORMAT_R24G8_TYPELESS
depth-stencil SRVs are now created as DXGI_FORMAT_R24_UNORM_X8_TYPELESS
depth-stencil DSVs are created as DXGI_FORMAT_D24_UNORM_S8_UINT
