Scatterd Graphics, Can't play the game. #500

Describe your system:
 - Operating System (be specific): Linux Mint 13 Cinnamon 64-bit
 - Machine type (32-bit or 64-bit): 64-bit
 - Mupen64Plus version: Mupen64Plus 1.99.5 (64-bit)
 - Plugins used: Video = Rice, Audio = Mupen64Plus SDL Audio Plugin' v1.99.4

For visual artifacts, give:
 - a722f8161ff489943191330bf8416496  Paper Mario.z64
 - Special Graphics are scattered, Can't play the whole game. 

Describe the problem:
In Paper Mario, Toad Town graphics were scattered and can't see much.
In Koopa Bros Fortress when Bob-omb lights them self up.
They become scattered. And Special graphics will be scattered.

This also occur on my system, so I'll add my 2c:
-this only takes place on one of my systems on all games I tried,
-only in-game 3d graphics looks like that (2d, ui, and for eg. Mario's head in 
SM64 is ok),
-savestate is not really important as this happens all the time games are 
started and 3d is generated,
-my graphic card is radeon x1650 using r300g (on HD4600 using r600g is ok, 
another r300g card I tried have some glitches of another kind).

OS: Ubuntu 13.04 64bit
Mupen64plus 1.99.5 and 2.0rc2
Plugin: default one

Really seems to be a driver problem. You can just try to switch to 
mupen64plus-video-glide64mk2 or mupen64plus-video-glide64
