thumbnails are generated on the fly instead of get pre-generated images #1

Hi, Theme doesn't use pre-generated thumbnails but generates own thumbnails on the fly. It causes performance issues on slower home servers. You are require to have Stripped theme installed as well, first I thought that you use sizes the same as defined in its configuration but even pre-generating thumbnails they are not use. Could you either stick Stripped theme configuration or clarify what size should have pre-generated thumbnails and can we use batch manager to gerate them.

I tried setting the "Width of thumbnails" to be 144pixes to match Piwigo's "-th" width but it seems that the filename suffix format for this theme is "cu_s144x9999" so it doesn't use the pre-generated Piwigo "-th" thumbnails. It would be great if we are able to specify to use Piwigo's for low end systems.
