Improve the container game #114

This pull request brings the docker-compose.yml up to speed. Now both building own containers and using the compose file should be more convenient. The README is updated accordingly.

Commits are a bit messy, but the changed files look sound.

@flopp I know it not the nicest thing to do, but may I ping you here directly, to maybe get this through the pipeline, so the project becomes more accessible again to users? :slightly_smiling_face:
