Hello,

inspired by a conversation on a PR on py-staticmaps, this PR adds windows and macOS to the github workflow.

It contains a dirty hack for pylint on windows only as it complains about no-member. A lot of reading on the internet and testing various solutions brought me to this hack ;-).

I don't know if You'd like to have things like this on Your repo. Take it as You like ...
