Feature request: parse_nat weekday ranges #25

Would be handy to have weekday ranges, e.g. instead of: every Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri at 18:00, have the option to write every Mon-Fri at 18:00 or every Mon to Fri at 18:00.
