Put quotes around default search text for T cell #99

The background default search text in the main search includes T cell, without quotes. This returns very non-specific results. T cell should appear in quotes: "T cell".

We have language which was added to the CTD2 Dashboard search popup concerning quotes, the same text should be added to the example popup here,.

The text added in CTD² Dashboard is "Use of quotes to surround multi-word search terms is advised to avoid a large number of hits."
