Display alt text to sighted users #114

Right now, alt text is only added as a title to images, which requires hovering over the image and doesn't scale if the page is zoomed in. It would be ideal if the alt text were visually shown to users somehow; perhaps we can take inspiration from Tusky and show it as a caption on the image when viewed full size.
