IP-block the server(s) used by Gab's official instance for our Docker image #120

As discussed in #108 we should add the IPs used by Gab's official instance to the block configuration of the firewall config used by our Docker image.

As discussed elsewhere, and mentioned in the now closed PR. This isn't going to work the way we'd like it to, and will be false advertising when it comes to what security it brings.
