Communicate Florence version via API #136

Basically, we should probably decide how we want to do this and leave this open after #99 is resolved.

It was suggested we could use nodeinfo for this, and I kind of like this idea; the Mastodon API can include the Masto-equivalent version and nodeinfo could show the Florence version.
