Supporting multiple emoji-suits client/server side #79

I think with Mutant-Standard being fully developed, people missing blobs etc. it'd be useful if either a client or a server could decide which emoji-suits they want to support.

Not a fully fledged out idea, but imagine being able to upload another emoji-set for your flavored instance.
