Investigate necessity for upgrade instructions #82

We certainly need upgrade instructions, but there are a lot of open questions:

Do we need one document, because upgrading is always the same, or instructions per release?
How does upgrading on Docker vs. non-Docker setups differ?
More probably, I just forgot

In case that we need instructions per release, Funkwhale has some very nice and clear upgrading instructions.
