I don't have anything to add here yet, but basically, we need to document these for general compatibility with the rest of the fediverse and/or app ecosystem.

- [ ] max_toot_chars
- [ ] max_bio_chars

@lanodan if you have anything else besides what was discussed in #11, here might be a good place to post it.

I was thinking that you might be interested in something like our Admin API (which is quite pleroma-oriented) but otherwise I think that's all.
