Version exception for 6.1.1 pointing to cover#v3.0.3 release? #127

If I try to download this package in racket version 6.1.1, the package server gives me the release branch, which depends on ("base" #:version "6.5.0.4"). Could you add a version exception for racket version 6.1.1?
