Version exception for 6.7 and 6.8 ? #142

Hi!

The latest version of Cover requires the "base" package with version 6.9. Would it be possible to add a version exception so that 6.7 (technically 6.6.0.900) and 6.8 (technically 6.7.0.900) point to an older version of Cover?
