Move night vision goggles and snorkle to face slot #66

Also updated from 1.18.2-rc1 to 1.18.2, and incremented minor version number by 1 to reflect minor feature changes

The reason these aren't in separate slots is to make it more balanced. I also want to keep the Fabric version of Artifacts as close as possible to the Forge version.

The biggest advantage I can imagine is nvg + superstitious hat and in that case all it provides is the use of one more inventory slot -_-
