Color OS and Oxygen OS issue #808

Flutter Version 3.12.0

Lib Version 3.1.1

Platform : Android 13

Describe the bug When tapping on the Audio Player's Notification, it doesn't open the app for OxygenOS(in OnePlus) but the controls are working fine, whereas in the ColorOS(in Oppo), the app is not opened as well as the controls too not working. @kalismeras61 @nohli help needed. oppo_audio_notification
