This PR adds two types of gearboxes as availbale component fro the powertrain:

Speed reducer (id fastga_he.pt_component.speed_reducer) who, as the name suggests allow to change the rotation speed on a shaft
Planetary gears (id fastga_he.pt_component.planetary_gear), who, much like splitter for electric power, allows to split power between two shafts
