Not too sure what the problem is as that seems to be a feature in Windows? E.g. Clicking on Google Chrome will open another instance of it as well.

Reason for disagreement: The problem is, as specified in the title, that clicking the app while the other app is still open causing different instances of the app opening. The correct behavior (as with many other apps) is that it will still open the same instance of the app. This is a bug because by having two different instances, data changes in one app will not be reflected in the other app.
