Command box input not shown and cannot be used when opened #2

It is confusing for user for the first time. I have to figure out how to make it bigger first in order to see the command box. Recommend to set the default size to capture all the required display in order to function properly :)

In addition, this bug should be valid because it is indeed the DEFAULT size of the app when opened for the first time in secondary monitor 24 inch used in PE. The team might have overlooked this because it is only tested using the laptop size screen.
