screwed up torch #2

First thing it did upon installing is reinstall torch and now comfy won't boot "Torch not compiled with CUDA enabled"

I am sorry. In the original repository it is stated that they are necessary. https://github.com/megvii-research/HiDiffusion/blob/main/requirements.txt
