Hi,
The answer to your question depends upon the resume format you are using. There are numerous python libraries which make it possible to extract texts from any document format
For PDF you have : pymupdf https://pypi.org/project/PyMuPDF/ or pdfminer.six
For HTML you have : BeautifulSoup or HTML parser
